Compact and stylish, our small single studios serve as a perfect base to travel through London, being just a few minutes walk from Bayswater Tube.

Check in: After 2pm. Checking in can be done earlier, subject to availabilty. Check out: by 11am.
Luggage can be left in the management office in most cases.
Minimum stay: 1 night.
Maximum occupancy: 1 person.
What's included in the price? Rent, utilities, all relevant taxes, TV licence, daily maid service (making bed), provision of fresh linen and towels (weekly), refuse collection and disposal, wireless internet access. There are no hidden charges.

Cancellation policy If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
